On collection day you can track them live on the map from your Orders page, and you unlock the visit with a one-time door OTP so you always know it is the right person.

Free home collection is available right across the city — Navrangpura, Vastrapur, Bopal, Naranpura, Vadaj, Chandkheda, Satellite, Maninagar, Nikol, Bapunagar and everywhere in between. We collect within Ahmedabad only — we do not travel outside the city.

Add the tests or package you want to your cart, go to checkout, choose “Home collection”, assign each item to the family member it is for, and select your address and a slot. Confirm, and you get a booking reference plus a door OTP for the phlebotomist. The whole booking takes under a minute — no phone call or paperwork needed.

Slots run through the day and each one shows how many bookings are left, so you only ever see windows that are genuinely available. Need to change it? Reschedule from your Orders page any time before the sample is collected — we free your old slot and hold the new one in the same collection zone. Once the phlebotomist has drawn the sample, the slot is locked.

Some tests — like fasting glucose or a lipid (cholesterol) profile — need 8–12 hours of fasting, while most others do not. Every test and package on the site clearly shows its fasting requirement before you book, so you can pick a morning slot and plan your last meal accordingly. If a single order mixes fasting and non-fasting tests, follow the longest fasting window listed.

Yes. Home collection is ₹0 — the price you see for a test or package is what you pay, and the phlebotomist visit is included. Diagnostic services are also GST-exempt (SAC 999316), so there is no tax added on top at checkout either.

Yes. You can pay online while booking, or choose cash on collection and pay the phlebotomist at your door — the field app shows them the exact amount to collect so it always matches your order. Whichever you pick, you get a proper invoice for your records.

No. Diagnostic laboratory services in India are GST-exempt under SAC 999316, so there is no tax added to your test or package price. The amount shown at checkout is the final amount — nothing extra is tacked on.

Yes — enter a code like WELCOME10 in the coupon box at checkout and the discount is applied to your total before you confirm. If a code has expired or does not apply to the items in your cart, we will say so right away rather than silently ignoring it. Package prices are already discounted off the individual test MRPs, so a package is usually the better value to begin with.

Cancel before the sample is collected and any amount you paid online is refunded to your original payment method. Once the phlebotomist has drawn your sample, the tests are already in process at the lab and cannot be refunded. If you paid cash on collection and cancel earlier, there is simply nothing to refund.
