These terms govern your use of the Trustiva Laboratory website and app and the diagnostic services we provide. By booking a test you agree to them.

Bookings & home collection

• Home collection is offered across Ahmedabad. Availability of slots for your address is shown at checkout.
• Please share correct patient details and fasting status. Some tests require 8–12 hours of fasting, shown on each test.
• A visit OTP is generated for your booking — share it with the phlebotomist only at your door.

Payments

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are payable as indicated at booking (including cash-on-collection where offered). Diagnostic services are exempt from GST (SAC 999316). Coupons are subject to their own validity and usage limits.

Reports

Reports are released once a qualified pathologist reviews and e-signs the results, and are made available as a password-protected PDF. Any AI-generated summary is provided to help you read your report — it is not a diagnosis or medical advice.

Medical disclaimer

Test results and summaries are for informational purposes and do not replace consultation with a qualified doctor. Always seek professional medical advice for diagnosis and treatment, and seek immediate care in an emergency.

Cancellations

You can contact us to change or cancel a booking before the sample is collected. Once a sample is collected and processing has begun, the booking can no longer be cancelled.
